Ingredients

1 jar Wildfare Organic Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ajvar (Hot)

1 tbsp Wildfare Shatta (more or less)

1 tbsp Wildfare Pomegranate Dressing

1 tblsp Wildfare Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp honey
-
3 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tbsp mustard (Dijon, or your favorite)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tbsp smoked sea salt

½ tsp granulated garlic
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
Water (to achieve your desired sauce thickness)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat gently for 15 minutes so all the flavors marry. Taste and adjust as needed. Add water to thin out the sauce if needed.

Let cool to room temperature if you are going to use the BBQ sauce immediately. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week if you are using the sauce later.
